1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By placing an order on the Base44 Merchandise Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order. By using this Merchandise Store, you also agree to be bound by: Base44's Terms of Service, Base44's Privacy Policy. These documents are incorporated into these Terms of Sale by reference and form part of the agreement between you and Base44. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Sale and Base44's general Terms of Service, these Terms of Sale shall govern with respect to merchandise purchases.

3. ELIGIBILITY
Your eligibility to purchase from the Merchandise Store is subject to the requirements set forth in Base44's Terms of Service, including age requirements.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly in color or appearance • All products are subject to availability • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time • Product descriptions are provided in good faith but may not be exhaustive
5. PRICING
• All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you if this occurs before fulfilling your order
6. PAYMENT
• We process all payments securely through Base44 Payments • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other cards supported by Stripe • Promotional codes and discount coupons may be applied at checkout (see Section 21) • Payment is required in full at the time of order • Your card will be charged upon order confirmation
7. ORDER PROCESS
• When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email • This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance • We accept your order when we send a shipment confirmation email • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability or pricing errors
8. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
• All orders are fulfilled by our third-party supplier, Printful • Shipping times vary by location and are estimates only • You will receive tracking information once your order ships • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs • You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address International Orders • International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees • These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price • Please check with your local customs office for potential charges
9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to: items you change your mind about, incorrect size selections, products that don't meet your expectations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
10. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged product: • Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery • Provide clear photos of the defect or damage • Include your order number and description of the issue We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may: • Send a replacement product • Issue a refund for the defective item This does not affect your statutory rights for defective goods.

Information We Collect for merchandise orders include: • Contact information (name, email, phone number) • Billing and shipping addresses • Payment information (processed securely through Base44 Payments) • Order history and preferences This information will be used and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which includes: (i) processing and fulfilling your order; (ii) communicating with you about your order; (iii) providing customer support; (iv) improving our products and services; and (v) sending promotional communications.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• All content, designs, logos, and trademarks on our merchandise are owned by Base44 or our licensors • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our products for commercial purposes • Products are for personal use only
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• Products are sold "as is" for personal use only • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product • This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer We are not liable for: • Delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control • Issues caused by third-party shipping carriers • Customs delays or fees • Your failure to provide accurate shipping information Additional limitations of liability may apply as set forth in Base44's Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, supplier failures, or technical failures.
16. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms of Sale are governed by the same provisions set forth in Base44's Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference. Any disputes arising from merchandise purchases shall be subject to the governing law and dispute resolution procedures set forth in Base44's Terms of Service.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
18. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with: Base44's Terms of Service and Base44's Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference) constitute the entire agreement between you and Base44 regarding your merchandise purchase.

21. PROMOTIONAL CODES & DISCOUNT COUPONS
General Terms • Promotional codes and discount coupons are only valid for orders placed online through our store • Only one promotional code or coupon may be used per order • Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions • Codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or pending orders Validity & Limitations • All promotional codes are valid only while supplies last • We reserve the right to exclude certain products from promotional offers • Codes may have expiration dates and must be used before they expire • We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotional codes at any time without notice • We may refuse to accept a promotional code if we determine it is invalid, expired, or fraudulently obtained Usage Restrictions • Promotional codes are for single use only unless otherwise specified • Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value • Promotional codes cannot be sold, auctioned, or transferred to third parties • We reserve the right to limit the number of times a promotional code can be used per customer • Bulk or automated use of promotional codes is prohibited Returns Policy with Promotional Codes Since all sales are final, the following applies only in cases where we accept a return for defective or damaged products: • If you used a promotional code and we issue a refund for a defective product, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid after the discount was applied • If you ordered multiple items with a promotional code and only one item is defective, the promotional discount will be distributed proportionately across all items, and your refund will reflect this allocation • Promotional codes cannot be reissued or reinstated after an order is placed • If an order is cancelled before shipment, promotional codes may be forfeited and cannot be reused unless we specifically provide a replacement code Fraud Prevention • We reserve the right to investigate and cancel orders where we suspect fraudulent use of promotional codes • Accounts found to be abusing promotional codes may be suspended or terminated • We may request additional verification for orders placed with promotional codes Customer Service • For questions about promotional code validity or usage, please contact our support team before placing your order • We cannot apply promotional codes to orders after they have been placed • We are not responsible for promotional codes that expire or are not used before their expiration date
